As a growing company, we need a marketing coordinator and operations coordinator who can wear multiple hats, communicate professionally with clients and referral partners, create and execute business development marketing initiatives, and help build the systems and processes that support our continued growth. You will engage in both traditional and digital marketing methods.
Compensation: $17.50 per hour (40 hours per week), plus commission on jobs sold.
The Marketing Coordinator & Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting company growth, strengthening relationships with referral partners, and improving internal operations as an Operations Coordinator. This hybrid position combines marketing, business development, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. You'll help ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience while aiding in our expansion throughout the communities we serve.
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional client service as part of your role in business development. Manage social media, website updates, and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility. Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, property managers, and other referral partners to support your marketing coordinator efforts. Represent Cornerstone at networking events, presentations, and community functions, which may require some public speaking skills. Assist with SOP development, process improvement, and other growth initiatives as an operations coordinator. Communicate professionally and confidently in all interactions. Take ownership of projects and follow through without constant supervision, demonstrating strong organization, attention to detail, and time management. Contribute positively to a team-first culture and support coworkers when needed. Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance.
