Your demonstrated knowledge across the skill areas below is what determines where you start on our pay scale. The more you can do, the more you earn from day one.
Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days with mandatory overtime as needed.
Start hourly with a clear path to salaried compensation based on your track record.
Lead and manage crews of 1 to 3 team members on weekly projects.


Candidates should be able to fix leaks, repair flashing, and handle chimney repairs.

We look for experience repairing and replacing vinyl siding, brick tuckpointing, wood exterior types, and deck repairs.

Interior skills should include drywall repairs, basic flooring and tile repairs and installation, carpeting installation, appliance repairs and replacements, and basic cabinetry installation and repairs.

Candidates should be comfortable with basic electrical repairs, including panels, fixtures, smoke alarms, and wiring.

Candidates should understand insulation installation, how to address venting issues, and framing repairs ranging from cracked rafters to knee wall reinforcements.

We expect working knowledge of setting loose toilets, sinks, and exterior fixture repairs, along with an understanding of copper, PEX, and basic supply line plumbing. Basic drain line repair experience with cast iron, PVC, and ABS is also required.

This area covers mold remediation practices, basement wall repair and reinforcement, water management and drain tile systems for both crawlspaces and basements, and structural reinforcements including beams, girders, piers, floor system reinforcement, and general framing methods.
